When I entered Real Estate, I started with a single agent doing a dozen deals per year. Within 5 years we quadrupled sales and opened our second office. In 3 more years we tripled sales again through those efficient systems and consistent strategies. Since then I have helped others become part of the top 2% of producers in the nation.

When not helping agents build their business, I enjoy spending time with my family, making homemade beef jerky, and hitting the beautiful trails throughout California.
